Under direction, the Retirement Office Manager provides highly responsible and complex administrative support, contributing to the strategic planning, business functions, activities and organizational development of the Retirement Office, including information systems, property management, facility maintenance, repair, and improvement to the Retirement Office facility, coordinates assigned activities with other outside agencies and departments. DROP (Deferred Retirement Option Program):an optional, voluntary program that allows an employee to deposit retirement benefits in a special savings account within the Retirement System while continuing to work for the City of Fresno for up to 10 years.
