The core responsibility is to ensure the safe and efficient upkeep of campus buildings and grounds, which involves managing work orders, performing general maintenance and repairs, and acting as the accountability link between the facilities team and the Director of Strategic Operations. Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged standing and walking; bending, kneeling, and reaching; lifting and moving materials and equipment up to 50 pounds; manual labor tasks such as furniture moves and snow removal; and indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
