You'll provide light, virtual support for our in-person offices (located in Seattle, Miami, Los Angeles, and the Bay Area) by coordinating with building management and vendors by location to ensure routine maintenance & upkeep, coordinate tech support as needed, reporting on physical expenses incurred, and supporting in-person leaders to maintain a safe & compliant workspace as needed. You'll split your time between managing our HQ office (located in San Francisco near the Transamerica building), owning our virtual mail management process, and virtually overseeing administrative work related to our 6 in-person clinics spread across California, Florida, and Washington.
