Job SummaryKinetic Personnel Group is seeking an experienced Property Damage Claims Adjuster for an insurance company in Monrovia, CA. This role is responsible for providing high-quality customer service while managing a volume of property damage claims. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of coverage analysis, liability evaluation, and California insurance regulations, and is able to resolve claims efficiently and fairly.Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze insurance coverage to determine applicability and exposure</li><li>Investigate accident facts, evaluate liability, and determine appropriate claim outcomes</li><li>Negotiate, deny, or settle property damage claims in a timely and fair manner</li><li>Ensure compliance with California Insurance Code regulations and claim handling standards</li><li>Identify and investigate suspicious loss indicators and potential fraud</li><li>Prepare claims files for subrogation as appropriate</li><li>Determine next steps and resolution strategies when claim issues arise</li><li>Refer matters outside of assigned authority to the Claims Supervisor or Manager</li><li>Attend trials, mediations, or hearings as requested by management</li><li>Maintain required insurance licenses and comply with Department of Insurance requirements</li><li>Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>College degree preferred</li><li>1â5 years of property damage claims adjusting experience required</li><li>Insurance-related training courses preferred</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Essential Functions<ul><li>Ability to think clearly and exercise sound judgment</li><li>Proficient computer skills</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication</li><li>Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods</li><li>Comfortable working in an office environment</li></ul> Compensation: $55K-$75k KPG123
