Position Details:• Job Title: Field Engineer 4• Location: Greenville, SC (Onsite)• Duration: Contract through 01/31/2027Key Responsibilities:• Perform PC hardware break/fix support at various customer locations• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and support Dell desktop systems• Diagnose hardware-related issues and complete repairs efficiently• Maintain professionalism while working onsite with end users• Complete required product and technical trainingRequired Qualifications:• Expert-level Dell desktop PC hardware support experience• Strong install and break/fix troubleshooting skills• CompTIA A+ Certification required• Reliable transportation for travel between service locations• Ability to pass drug screening and background checkIdeal candidates will have previous field service, desktop support, or hardware technician experience.
