Serve as the primary coordinator and subject matter expert (SME) for all clinical applications, including but not limited to the EHR (e.g., OncoEMR), telehealth platforms (e.g., Willowglade), clinical pathways software, scheduling systems, and patient engagement tools. The Clinical Systems Specialist is responsible for the configuration, build, maintenance, training, and user support of the organization’s clinical applications, with primary focus on the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and supporting clinical software.
