<p><b>ABOUT THE ROLE</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Support Technician<b style="color:#000000;font-size:13px"> </b>to join our IT team. This mid-level role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving issues related to print services, and ensuring optimal IT service delivery. <br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, detailed oriented, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and support. <br style="color:#000000;font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:13px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;white-space:normal"/><br style="color:#000000;font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:13px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;white-space:normal"/>The role will be supporting the VITA Print Service offering.
