We are family owned and we pride ourselves on maintaining a small company feel.The Information Systems Technician provides end user support for hardware, software and technology systems.Information Systems Specialist Responsibilities:<ul><li style="line-height:normal">Keep safe work habits as the highest priority at all times</li><li style="line-height:normal">Develop good working relationships with all co-workers, customers, and associates.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Administer Microsoft Active Directory, including, users, groups, permissions, and access to network shares.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Administer Microsoft 365 platform for end user accounts.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Install and support computer hardware to include PC's, printers and IP phones. </li><li style="line-height:normal">Install and support operating systems, software, Office 365 and configuring user profiles.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Provide support for conference room IT equipment and connections.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Troubleshoot network components and related hardware.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Manage end user system imaging deployment.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Maintain current PC and server backups using centralized backup and recovery software.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Manage warranties on IT related equipment and maintain an asset tracking spreadsheet.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Process work requests submitted through help desk environment and provides face to face assistance when needed.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Provide 24/7 technical support as requested.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Demonstrate purposeful growth through self-study to develop new skills and identify and execute continuous improvement projects. </li></ul>Information Systems Specialist Requirements: <ul><li style="line-height:normal">Requires a high school diploma or G.E.D equivalent with relevant job experience.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Associates degree in Information Technology or related field.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Windows administrationand Microsoft Office Suite of products.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Experience with Microsoft Active Directory/Windows/Azure environment administration and a basic understanding of Ethernet/Wi-Fi networks preferred. </li><li style="line-height:normal">Experience with basic PC hardware troubleshooting and problem solving skills. </li><li style="line-height:normal">Strong communication and organizational skills are also required.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Customer service mindset and works well independently or as part of a team. </li></ul>External applicants must submit a resume to personnelwv@ergon.com and include salary requirements. Responsibilities include business systems analysis requirements definition and documentation system design and problem resolution. The analyst communicates with system end-users to understand issues and implement solutions.Essential ResponsibilitiesPlans, designs, builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications.
Performs and documents workflow analysis while evaluating user experience.
Supports and maintains environments or applications using domain knowledge.
Creates and maintains documentation and training materials regarding the implementation of applications.Using knowledge of Epic configures changes within the Epic environments to provide standardized comprehensive workflows.
Corrects issues, conducts routine maintenance, updates systems with new functionality to meet the end users needs, and implements new technologies.
Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance the use of Epic and offers solutions to resolve end-user system issues.Contributes to and manages small to medium projects independently.
Updates stakeholders as appropriate on a timely basis regarding progress on assigned tasks, projects, and issues.Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
Identifies solutions and completes documentation.ExperienceRequired:
3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
Preferred:
3 years of experience in the healthcare industry

Epic Campaigns CertificationSkillsAbility to handle analysis, design, system configuration, and testing tasks at basic to moderate levels of complexity.
