Flexibility in shift schedules is required based on project demandsAll calls will be received through a queue system, and tracking tools will be used to document updates, validations, and case progressWhen not handling calls, candidates will support administrative tasks such as email updates, Excel reporting, and system documentationPaid training will be provided onsite for five days per week.
