Job Description The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring for temporary/on-call Bartenders within Rohr's in our campus Hospitality department. The UOES division oversees the University's event management, hospitality, and customer service functions, while also supporting student life, academic initiatives, research activities, and annual milestone celebrations. Bartender We are currently seeking a friendly and experienced part-time bartender who thrives in a high-energy environment and is committed to outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Mix and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and guest preferences. </li><li>Greet and interact with guests in a courteous and engaging manner, taking drink and limited food orders while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. </li><li>Keep the bar stocked with necessary supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate restocking needs to management. </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards-as well as university and state alcohol service regulations. </li><li>Process credit card transactions using a POS system and ensure proper card handling procedures </li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous bartending experience preferred; knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations required </li><li>Ability to obtain a bartending license </li><li>Must meet the minimum legal age requirement to serve alcohol in Indiana </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends </li><li>A positive attitude and a team-first mindset </li></ul> Additional Information Pay rate: $8.78/hr + tips The University of Notre Dame seeks to attract, develop, and retain the highest quality faculty, staff and administration. <h5>Managed Services Engineer </h5>As a Managed Services Engineer, you will be the primary technical and relationship lead for assigned clients within Managed IT Services. This role combines advanced technical support, a deep understanding of client environments, and proactive service delivery management. Our Managed Services Engineers ensure client satisfaction, drives service excellence, oversee delivery of technical services, and act as the main escalation point for unresolved technical issues. <h5>Essential Duties & Responsibilities: </h5>Provide Multi-Client Support : <ul><li>Deliver first class technical support for a diverse range of systems and configurations, understanding the unique IT environment of each client and following established service desk practices </li><li>Work closely with clients to identify their needs and ensure client satisfaction </li><li>Perform systems management for on-premises and cloud-based servers, including patch management, system monitoring, proactive and reactive troubleshooting </li><li>Implement, maintain, and support networks, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices </li><li>Provide Tier 2 escalation support for Service Desk and Managed Services incidents, service requests, and changes </li><li>Respond to and troubleshoot network outages, anomalies, issues, and challenges as they arise </li><li>Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution </li><li>Travel to remote sites as needed and on a rotational basis to provide excellent support solutions to business needs (including after hours or as needed) </li><li>Provide on-call support as needed (including after hours on a rotational basis) </li><li>Serve as a mentor and trainer to members of the Service Desk </li></ul>Manage Incidents : Log, categorize, prioritize, and diagnose incidents.
