Join our dynamic team and be part of our innovative and collaborative work environment.Qualities we want in you: team player • excellent written and verbal communicator • tech savvy • strategic thinker • service oriented • motivated • self-disciplined • professional • flexible in a fast-paced environment • works independently with minimal supervision • exhibits strong work ethics • detail oriented • handles demanding situations/timelines • organized • responsible/dependable • willing to receive/provide feedback to improve performance • supportive • strong desire to support and mentorWhat you’ll do:<ul><li>Represent DataServ in a positive manner to colleagues, customer base and vendors</li><li>Become familiar with DataServ policies and procedures, updating documentation when needed</li><li>Work with Account Executives to develop and design appropriate solutions</li><li>Work on the design, implementation and support of Compute and Infrastructure solutions</li><li>Develop detailed quotes, drawings, Engagement Agreements and Scope of Work documents</li><li>Function as a liaison between Sales team and Project implementation team</li><li>Interact with manufacturer, vendor, and distribution representatives in support of the sales process.</li><li>Manage sales quote requests to ensure they are completed within acceptable timeframes</li><li>Implement effective workflow, and embrace best practices</li><li>Effective collaborate with team to automate workflows and processes.</li><li>Coordinate and participate in internal and customer meetings, driving solutions and providing follow up</li><li>Participate in customer sales calls, demonstrations, and project meetings</li><li>Develop and deliver sales presentations in conjunction with Sales team</li><li>Perform assessments and site surveys to determine appropriate recommendations for customers</li><li>Manage internal and external communication processes and activities</li><li>Create and review site survey feedback to improve services, tools, and support experience</li><li>Provide timely, efficient and effective service to colleagues and customers as applicable</li><li>Advise leadership about situations that may require additional support or escalation</li><li>Coordinate work and resources with other teams including, but not limited to, surveys, assessments, etc.</li><li>Provide redundancy and backup support for other team members</li><li>Lead by example, inspiring other team members and being a supportive team member to others</li><li>Innovate and be open to change, actively researching new technologies</li><li>Up to 10% travel may be required throughout southwest Ohio</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul>What we require:<ul><li>Education:<ul style="list-style-type:circle"><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science; or related professional experience in design, implementation, and management of IT systems</li></ul></li><li>Experience:<ul><li>Five years' experience in the design, implementation and/or management of IT systems including networking, wireless, telephony and server systems.
