Industry Context: Knowledge of the indirect lending industry, retail installment loan contracts, vehicles and collateral valuation, loan terms including buy rates, contract rates, LTV, front and back LTV, dealer mark-up, reserve and participation, ancillary products, title documentation, lien perfection, and regulatory requirements.
