Primary Job Duties:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist our maintenance records team by scanning, organizing, and digitally archiving aircraft maintenance documents. The Temporary Aircraft Records Scanning Technician will play a critical role in ensuring our aircraft documentation is properly digitized and stored in compliance with regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Scan paper-based aircraft maintenance records using high-speed scanners </li><li>Organize and label digital files accurately according to established naming conventions</li><li>Ensure scanned documents are legible, complete, and free of scanning errors</li><li>Perform quality checks on scanned documents to verify accuracy and integrity</li><li>Upload digital files to the company’s document management system</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documentation</li><li>Assist with filing, retrieval, or disposal of physical records as needed</li><li>Collaborate with maintenance and records teams to resolve any discrepancies</li><li>Follow FAA and company guidelines for document retention and handling</li></ul>

Minimum Requirements:
<ul><li>18 years of age of older</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required </li><li>Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen </li><li>Prior experience with scanning or records management preferred </li><li>Basic understanding of aircraft maintenance records is a plus. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills </li><li>Comfortable working with computers, scanners, and file management systems </li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines </li><li>Able to lift and move boxes of records (up to 50 lbs.)</li></ul>
