Position Summary: This position requires a strong support role for the housing administrator by performing a wide variety of duties: Coordinating and managing activities, managing annual recertifications, telephone, record-keeping, tenant and applicant correspondence, visitor control, assisting in management issues, customer service, rental information, and various duties involving close interaction with tenants, maintenance, janitorial, and the administrator. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
