We offer an extremely competitive compensation at $1,100 per day minimum base or 35 percent of adjusted production, whichever is greater. Opportunity is there with patient base to do any procedure types wanted, and complete flexibility in regard to this as well.</div><div><br/></div><ul><li>This is a fee for service and PPO practice with no HMO. </li><li>The office is equipped with modern technology including all digital X-ray, intraoral camera, Wave 1 endo system, and implant system.</li><li>The practice is an environment centered around compassionate quality dental care, and has a wonderful team, known for great patient care. We have multiple highly skilled EFDA team members able to provide exceptional clinical support.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div>Mentorship is available whenever needed, and is an additional benefit.</div><div><br/></div><div>The team will ensure success for the dentist that is welcomed into the practice.</div><div><br/></div><div>Located in St. Charles, we are in a vibrant suburb of St. Louis, MO, only 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis.</div>

This individual will be responsible for designing classes and a comprehensive program that prepares students for careers in the electrical trade aligned with industry standards and accreditation requirements.</p><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:</strong></p><p>The selected candidate will demonstrate knowledge of current practices in the Electricity industry/educational hands-on experience. Will define how to assess student learning outcomes, foster effective learning in both classroom and lab settings.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Design curriculum, courses, and program structure in alignment with SCC standards and industry needs.</li><li>Collaborate with instructors, administrators, and local industry partners to ensure program relevance and quality.</li><li>Identify necessary facilities, equipment, and instructional resources.</li><li>Advise and assist in securing approvals from state and accrediting bodies.</li><li>Develop strategies for student recruitment, retention, and success.</li><li>Provide guidance on instructor hiring and program launch.</li></ul><p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Licensed journeyman/master electrician or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and workforce needs.</li><li>Excellent communication and project management skills.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>EMPLOYMENT TERMS:</strong></p><ul><li>This is a temporary, project-based position that will end upon project completion. </li><li>Pay rate and length of assignment will be determined prior to employment and documented in the employment agreement.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><a href="https://www.stchas.edu/about-scc/administration/board-policies/articlei02policy" rel="nofollow">St. Charles Community College is an Equal Opportunity Employer</a></p><p> </p>
