Job Description As a RN Supervisor, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to: <ul><li>Supervising and managing the activities of the nursing team members on the assigned shift.</li><li>Completing nursing rounds daily to evaluate the status of critically ill residents, new admissions and/or transfers.</li><li>Reviewing the daily 24 hour report and collaborating with team members to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being.</li><li>Communicating educational needs to the RN Coordinator.</li><li>Coordinating with other professional team members in Mission Point to assess and provide emergency medical care to CKV villagers in absence of the Residential Health Nurse.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Must be licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years professional clinical and progressive management experience.</li><li>Must demonstrate CPR competencies.</li><li>Evidence of continuing education in line with community, state and federal regulations.</li><li>Must possess skills in the following areas: active team listening, conflict resolution, consensus building, effective communication, compassionate honesty and mentoring.</li></ul> Join Our Work Family At CKV, you’re not just joining a workplace, you’re joining a community that values your contributions and celebrates your growth. Job Details:
GENERAL SUMMARY:  Act as the point of contact for customers.  Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Stock merchandise adequately.  Perform other duties as necessary to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, while protecting company assets. DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  <ul style="margin-top:1px"><li>Unload trucks.</li><li>Follow company work processes to receive, open and unpack cartons and totes; store merchandise in stock room or move directly to sales floor.</li><li>Build merchandise displays.</li><li>Stock merchandise; rotate and face merchandise on shelves.</li><li>Restock recovered merchandise.</li><li>Assist customers by locating merchandise.</li><li>Bail cardboard and take out trash; dust and mop store floors; clean restroom and stockroom.</li><li>Comply with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Greet customers.</li><li>Operate cash register and flatbed scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase; bag merchandise.</li><li>Collect payment from customer and make change.</li><li>Assist with ordering merchandise using hand-held scanners, as needed.</li><li>Clean front end of store and help set up sidewalk displays when necessary.</li></ul>
