Responsibilities: <ul><li>	Compiles, proofs, and revises legal documents, contracts, briefs, motions, and pleading.</li><li>	Files and maintains electronic and non-electronic case files.</li><li>	Opens and closes case files.</li><li>	Retrieves information as requested from records, files, and other related documents</li><li>	prepares written summaries of data when needed.</li><li>	Schedules meetings, conferences, and depositions</li><li>	maintains attorneys’ calendars with appointments, court appearances, and other deadlines as requested.</li><li>	Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.</li><li>	Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>	2+ years of experience in a legal administrative role.</li><li>	Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)</li><li>	Excellent grammar and communication skills</li><li>	Knowledge of court and agency processes and procedures</li><li>	Exceptional client service, discretion, and judgment to ensure client confidentiality</li><li>	Ability to be flexible and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>	Proactive, organized and detail-oriented</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
