Also handle all termination warnings for associates who demonstrate a failure to interact properly under company communications, policies and procedures</li><li>Monitor benefit enrollments for associates on leaves of absence and track benefit termination dates as outlined in company policies</li><li>Draft and/or recommend revisions to company leave policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations</li><li>Maintain complete and accurate records of leave and accommodation requests in accordance with specified legal requirements and documentation of best practices</li><li>Preserve confidentiality of associate medical documentation and files</li><li>Work as a Benefits team member to support open enrollment, family status changes, and related Benefits departments functions</li><li/><li>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:</li><li>Associate’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a discipline demonstrating analytical and research capabilities is required.
