The TAM will collaborate with the leadership team across multiple departments to fill positions in a timely manner. What will I do as a Talent Acquisition Manager? <ul><li>Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development, and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals. </li><li>Collect, analyze, and maintain data gathered to inform recruitment and retention programs. </li><li>Research and assist in the development of programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements in recruitment, onboarding, and retention. </li><li>Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies. </li><li>Develop, initiate, and maintain effective programs for workforce retention. </li><li>Lead the recruitment and corporate onboarding process.
