<p style="margin:0px">The Digital Imaging Specialist is responsible for capturing, editing, and publishing high-quality photographs and 360-degree virtual tours of apartment communities and apartment homes. The Imaging Specialist will partner directly with marketing and onsite property teams to capture aesthetically pleasing community photos to deliver branded virtual tours that enhance apartment leasing online. The specialist will impart ethical editing practices that preserve photographic integrity while producing immersive virtual tours for prospective residents.</p><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px;text-align:center"><strong>*This is a temporay with a duration of 3-6 months*</strong></p>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Capture 360-degree photos and walkthroughs of apartment units, amenities, and community spaces using designated camera equipment.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Stitch and edit 360 images using specialized software to create cohesive, high-quality virtual tours.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Ensure consistency, lighting quality, and visual accuracy across all captured content.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Upload, publish, and organize virtual tours on hosting platforms (Teliportme, Vimeo, YouTube), company websites, internet listing sites, and/or content management systems.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Maintain file organization, naming conventions, and storage standards for all media assets.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Coordinate with property teams to schedule shoots and ensure readiness of units/spaces.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Perform basic troubleshooting of camera equipment and software tools.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Follow brand standards and quality guidelines for digital content.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Meet production timelines and volume expectations across multiple properties.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Experience with photography, videography, or digital media production. </li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Technical aptitude with camera equipment and software tools (Adobe Creative Suite).</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Photo editing and file management skills.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Familiarity with 360-degree camera equipment and virtual tour software (e.g., Matterport, Ricoh Theta, or similar tools) is a plus.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Room staging and/or floor planning experience is a bonus.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Ability to produce accurate work with a strong commitment to detail and visual quality.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Ability to stay organized and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment. </li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Ability to manage time effectively and work independently across multiple locations.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Ability to work across multiple locations, in apartment homes, and within active community environments.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.</li></ul>

The librarian works to foster a love of reading, support lifelong learning, and create a welcoming environment where teens and adults can explore their interests, access resources, and participate in community events. This role involves active collaboration with library staff, local organizations, and patrons to enhance the library's services and collections for these age groups.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2><p><strong><em>1.	Programming and Outreach:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Plan, organize, and implement engaging programs for teens and adults, including book clubs, workshops, tech classes, author events, and other diverse, educational and recreational programs.</li><li>Assist with outreach efforts to connect with local schools, community groups, and organizations, fostering partnerships that support library services for teens and adults.</li><li>Lead library tours, orientations, and special events to promote services and resources.</li><li>Collaborate with the youth services department to provide transitional programming for older children who are moving into teen services.</li></ul><p><strong><em>2.	Collection Development:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Curate and maintain a collection of books, media, and digital resources tailored to the interests and needs of teens and adults.</li><li>Monitor usage patterns and assess the relevance of materials to ensure the collection remains current, diverse, and responsive to community needs.</li></ul><p><strong><em>3.	Readers' Advisory and Reference Services:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Provide readers' advisory services, helping teens and adults discover books and resources aligned with their interests.</li><li>Offer reference and research assistance in person, over the phone, and online, helping patrons locate information using both physical and digital resources.</li><li>Assist with tech support for patrons using library computers, e-books, databases, and other digital services.</li></ul><p><strong><em>4.	Technology and Digital Literacy:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Promote digital literacy by teaching patrons how to use e-readers, tablets, library databases, and other digital tools.</li><li>Develop and lead workshops that teach digital skills, including using library resources like Libby, Hoopla, Kanopy and others.</li><li> Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to keep the library's digital services relevant and effective.</li></ul><p><strong><em>5.	Supervision and Training:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Supervise teen volunteers and assist with training staff or volunteers in programming, outreach, and collection development responsibilities.</li><li>Work with staff to ensure effective program execution, providing leadership and guidance as necessary.</li></ul><p><strong><em>6.	Marketing and Promotion:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to promote library programs and services through social media, newsletters, and local media outlets.</li><li>Create engaging displays, flyers, and online content to highlight teen and adult programming, collections, and events.</li></ul><p><strong><em>7.	Administrative and Miscellaneous Duties:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Maintain statistical records of programs, circulation, and attendance, and assist with report generation for the department.</li><li>Assist with grant writing and fundraising efforts aimed at enhancing services for teens and adults.</li><li>Participate in professional development and attend library meetings and conferences to stay current with trends in teen and adult library services.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2>Skills and Abilities:</h2><ul><li>Maintain required certification.
