Responsibilities:
<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Serve as a recognized subject-matter expert in chemical management and product stewardship</li><li>Provide strategic scientific guidance to global organizations on chemical risk, management, compliance, and sustainability</li><li>Lead and contribute to advanced analytical evaluations supporting product stewardship, regulatory strategy, and risk management</li><li>Lead the production of technical products, presentations, and proposals to include budget, schedule, and quality control aspects</li><li>Interpret and apply global chemical regulations and standards, translating requirements into actionable business strategies</li><li>Advise on chemical life-cycle management, safer alternatives, and sustainable manufacturing practices</li><li>Support development of compliance strategies in response to dynamic and evolving regulatory frameworks</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including regulatory, toxicology, engineering, risk management and corporate strategy and governance</li><li>Critically evaluate and provide constructive feedback for published scientific papers and reports in the environmental sciences, industrial hygiene, toxicology, epidemiology, and occupational medicine fields based on industry standards and compliance</li><li>Contribute to thought leadership through technical publications, industry engagement, and client presentations</li><li>Define and implement strategic direction, aligning initiatives with organizational SHS goals and capabilities</li><li>Execute a business development strategy to identify, pursue, and win new work across the sector</li><li>Leverage a broad chemical industry network to establish and maintain high-value relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders in-person and/or electronically</li></ul>

Qualifications:

The Pittsburgh CLO is a not-for-profit cultural organization dedicated to the preservation, creation and promotion of the American musical theater art form, the furnishing of arts education and providing meaningful community engagement opportunities in Western Pennsylvania and throughout the United States.   The Pittsburgh CLO, the largest not-for-profit musical theatre producer in Western Pennsylvania, is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented and inquisitive Data Coordinator. This temporary position provides technical, administrative, and analytics support for the Pittsburgh CLO and assists with its’ revenue functions, both earned and contributed.  If you have a strong passion for the arts, we want to hear from you!  What you’ll do: <ul><li>Manage, oversee and maintain donor and patron database in Tessitura and OneCause including the accurate entry of all donation information into database; Assist with contact record maintenance, data cleanup, and overall list hygiene within Tessitura </li></ul><ul><li>Process donor transactions upon receipt, ensuring accurate recording of donations and donor information, including daily posting reports</li></ul><ul><li>Create, customize, and manage donor and patron lists to support telefundraising, robo-calls, direct mail, email and special campaigns </li></ul><ul><li>Create and schedule fundraising and earned revenue reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy </li></ul><ul><li>Work with the Development Coordinator and Development Associate to generate and customize donor acknowledgement letters on a weekly basis, generate solicitation letters and other correspondence as needed to ensure timeliness of communications to donors </li></ul><ul><li>Create and maintain campaigns in Tessitura and OneCause; Generate monthly campaign reports, pledge reminders and donor listings </li></ul><ul><li>Build and manage all PCLO promotional codes and maintain dashboards in Tessitura Analytics to track usage and measure campaign performance </li></ul><ul><li>Work proactively with the Finance department to ensure accuracy in donation records, including monthly reconciliations and reports; assist with reporting needs for annual fiscal audit and tax return preparation </li></ul><ul><li>Assist the Manager of Institutional Giving and other members of the Development department with completing grant applications and reports including Data Arts </li></ul><ul><li>Assist with donor relations, donor campaigns and events  </li></ul><ul><li>Perform data analysis and research in donor and patron databases to support work on joint data-focused projects </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure proper training for individuals processing Tessitura and OneCause data entry </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate technology needs for Development & Marketing Department including special event technology needs  </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain Development sections of CLO’s website and CLO’s profile on web-based giving programs  </li></ul><ul><li>Generate letters, correspondence, proposals and other solicitation and promotional materials as necessary </li></ul><ul><li>Generate supporting materials and reports for Board of Directors and Board Committee meetings </li></ul><ul><li>Represent Development team at data management meetings as schedule allows </li></ul><ul><li>Manage Development tickets with ISTS/Tessitura support team </li></ul><ul><li>Research and create detailed profiles for major donor and foundation grant prospects </li></ul><ul><li>Design and maintain processes for measurement, tracking and reporting donor information </li></ul><ul><li>Assist with the planning and implementation of the development program </li></ul><ul><li>Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Development to advance the goals and objectives of the CLO </li></ul>What you’ll need:  <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as Development, Data Analytics, Administrative Services, Accounting, Computer Sciences, or related field </li></ul><ul><li>3 years’ experience in a non-profit or community organization in development, database management, prospect research or marketing </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent computer skills, including donor/customer database programs and Microsoft Office Suite; Experience with Tessitura and/or OneCause highly preferred </li></ul><ul><li>Outstanding customer service skills </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy </li></ul><ul><li>Strong aptitude for oral and written communication </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment </li></ul><ul><li>Flexible and skilled at juggling multiple projects at once with the ability to adapt quickly </li></ul><ul><li>Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends, when necessary </li></ul><ul><li>Engaged in and inspired by Musical Theater </li></ul>What we offer:   <ul><li>Hourly compensation starting at $24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience </li></ul><ul><li>Full-time, temporary, non-exempt position with a dynamic organization and engaged team </li></ul><ul><li>Anticipated dates of the position are ASAP through December 2026 </li></ul><ul><li>Hybrid schedule preferred; Overview:
TRC is seeking a highly motivated senior level Environmental Engineer/ Geologist/ Scientist to join our growing Engineering, Construction and Remediation team in our Pittsburgh office. The position requires a strong technical background in environmental investigation and remediation and a solid track record of identifying, building and maintaining key client relationships. The successful candidate will provide planning, investigation, and strategic support for projects primarily in Pennsylvania. The candidate must be familiar with processes, procedures, and regulations to provide senior-level leadership, deliverable preparation support and review for environmental evaluations, assessments, investigations, permitting, and remediations from project identification through completion. Also desired is demonstration of these qualities applied within large multi-disciplinary team(s). The successful candidate will have a broad network of industry contacts and will be expected to generate business and recruit and manage clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior scientists/engineering staff in preparation of reports, interpreting regulations, and other facets of environmental consulting.

Responsibilities:
· Direct medium-to-large, complex projects to ensure internal and external expectations are met for scope, budget, schedule, and quality. · Assist during proposal development including preparation of work scopes and budgets. · Develop and track multiple project budgets, scopes and schedules for regulatory submittals and other consulting documents. · Generate business, market to and recruit new clients, and manage work for those clients. · Identify and develop new business opportunities, and deliver responsive, high-quality services. · Interpret geological, hydrogeological, and chemical data from contaminated sites to evaluate and design/optimize soil and groundwater remediation systems, including developing strategy, rationale and cost estimates. · Perform Quality Analysis/Quality Control of deliverables related to projects and tasks managed, as well as projects and tasks managed by others, and are responsible for implementation of the firms' quality procedures at project and task levels. · Assist in training and mentoring of junior engineers and scientists/geologists to facilitate growth. · Write and review technical documents, reports and engineering designs, ensuring quality and consistent delivery of materials. · Interface with and develop a rapport and positive relationship with our clients and employees. · Contribute to a learned community: pursue educational & professional opportunities; train and teach staff, peers and supervisors; share new technologies, techniques, and resources. · Have positive health and safety behaviors. · Maintain a billable utilization target. · Have strong communications skills, both written and oral.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental or chemical engineering, geology, hydrogeology, or environmental science.· 15-30 years of environmental investigation, compliance or groundwater remediation consulting or design experience.· NJDEP Licensed Site Remediation Professional in good standing · Knowledge of Pennsylvania Act 2 Land Recycling Program· Prefer demonstrated work experience in any of the following areas: environmental compliance, soil and groundwater investigations, and design and implementation of in-situ remediation technologies.· Experience interfacing with storm water design and SWPPP/SPCC preparation is beneficial but not required.· Working knowledge of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and federal environmental regulations (RCRA, OPA, NPDES, ISRA, PA Act 2, PA WQM, NCP, CERCLA/TRRP, etc.)· Project management experience in budgeting, scheduling, procurement, coordination of teams of contractors, and client interactions.· Technical project expertise in environmental investigations, remediation, and environmental compliance.· Experience writing and reviewing technical documents, reports and engineering designs, ensuring quality and consistent delivery of materials· OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification, including current annual refresher· Experience managing project tasks (field and office) and subcontractors.· Valid driver’s license without major violations. Preferred Qualifications:· M.S., M.Eng., or PhD.
