This role will be based in Xenia, Ohio, working in a hybrid full-time environment, and will play a critical role in ensuring our transportation department operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.</p><p>The ideal candidate will bring strong experience managing trucking operations, drivers, compliance, fleet readiness, and logistics coordination in a fast-paced operational environment.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Ensure all administrative, legal, safety, and tax requirements remain compliant with DoT, state, and local regulations.</li><li>Oversee the operational readiness and maintenance of the DanceOne trucking fleet, ensuring vehicles remain safe, compliant, and prepared for nationwide travel.</li><li>Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and repair timelines while balancing operational demands and event schedules.</li><li>Ensure the organization maintains sufficient fleet assets to support all assigned logistical and transportation needs.</li><li>Manage and support a team responsible for coordinating and overseeing dozens of CDL and non-CDL drivers across the country.</li><li>Partner closely with HR and Operations to ensure proper staffing levels for drivers and transportation support roles.</li><li>Monitor driver compliance documentation including licenses, certifications, medical cards, training records, and DoT requirements.</li><li>Utilize fleet and transportation technology platforms to manage logistics, compliance, safety, and driver performance.</li><li>Support route planning, transportation scheduling, and operational logistics tied to DanceOne tours, events, and productions.</li><li>Maintain high standards around safety, communication, accountability, and operational execution.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>Strong knowledge of DoT, state, and local transportation regulations related to FTL and LTL transportation operations.</li><li>Experience managing privately held fleet operations and transportation logistics.</li><li>Hands-on experience with:<ul><li>Samsara</li><li>DoT Clearinghouse</li><li>TenStreet</li></ul></li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.</li><li>Experience supervising drivers and transportation support staff.</li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>CDL license preferred.</li><li>Experience supporting live events, touring operations, entertainment, sports, or large-scale logistics operations is a plus.</li></ul><h2>Employment Details</h2><ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>Hybrid role based in Xenia, Ohio</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package including:<ul><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li><li>401(k)</li><li>PTO and Paid Holidays</li><li>Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing national organization</li></ul></li></ul><p>At DanceOne, we are passionate about creating exceptional experiences while maintaining operational excellence behind the scenes. <p><strong>Warehouse Operations Manager – Aerospace /Distribution</strong></p><p>We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to lead warehouse and distribution operations within a fast-paced aerospace metals environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, safety, quality, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br/>• Oversee daily warehouse operations, production flow, shipping, receiving, and inventory management<br/>• Lead and develop warehouse teams including scheduling, training, performance management, and accountability<br/>• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles including 6S, visual management, KPIs, time studies, and continuous improvement programs<br/>• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety standards, and company operating procedures<br/>• Monitor productivity, quality, delivery performance, and inventory accuracy using operational metrics and reporting tools<br/>• Support quality initiatives including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality inspections<br/>• Manage equipment, facility maintenance, and preventative maintenance programs<br/>• Coordinate shipping and logistics operations across multiple transportation channels</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br/>• Bachelor’s Degree preferred<br/>• 7–10+ years of Operations experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role<br/>• Experience in aerospace, metals distribution, warehouse logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred<br/>• Knowledge of Lean Principles, inventory control, production planning, and operational excellence initiatives<br/>• Experience with quality systems such as AS9100 and ERP systems is a plus<br/>• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, global organization focused on operational excellence, innovation, and long-term growth. </p><p> </p>
