A valid driver’s license is typically required; exceptions may be made based on site-specific NEEDS and/or circumstances.</li><li>At least one year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or mental health needs, including those who require higher levels of behavioral support.<ul><li>Preference will be given to candidates with experience providing intensive behavioral support</li></ul></li><li>Candidates must be comfortable supporting individuals who may display behaviors such as hitting, kicking, biting, or elopement, and able to implement established behavioral support and safety protocol.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs</li><li>Ability to pass background checks as applicable</li><li>Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid</li><li>Possess basic computer skills</li></ul>Our Commitment to InclusionOur strength lies in our diversity—empowering us to meet the unique needs of over 34,000 individuals we serve each year.
