In this role, you will: Lead triage, containment, and resolution plan of issues identified during general assembly and end-of-line testing across door systems, latches, actuators, sealing, access panels, glazing, and body structures. Collaborate cross-functionally to lead root cause analysis across design, process, supplier, and manufacturing domains, identify and prioritize blockers, and drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) improvements.
