This position requires strong experience in healthcare application testing, data migration validation, ETL testing, functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, defect management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder reporting. 11+ years of experience leading validation testing for data migration and conversion from legacy EHR and ancillary systems, including validation of patient, clinical, pharmacy, billing, and historical records for accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation.
