In this role, you will support a strong safety culture while working collaboratively with internal team members and outside maintenance contractors.We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, demonstrates initiative, and is eager to learn and grow. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who follows established processes and seeks support when needed to troubleshoot and maintain controls and instrumentation.Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote and maintain a strong culture of personal and process safety</li><li>Communicate effectively through verbal and written means, including daily logs, reports, and other documentation</li><li>Develop and implement equipment isolation plans (e.g., Lockout/Tagout)</li><li>Troubleshoot operational issues by collecting data, analyzing results, and making informed decisions to maintain product quality and equipment reliability</li><li>Perform general maintenance on pumps, motors, blowers, compressors, and other equipment</li><li>Monitor and record instrument readings to ensure proper operation</li><li>Change oil and filters on mechanical systems</li><li>Clean separator screens and perform routine housekeeping to maintain site cleanliness and a professional appearance</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in an industrial or maintenance-related field preferred</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Commitment to safety and teamwork</li></ul>Minimum Requirements<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Clean driving record and valid driver's license</li><li>Willingness to work all days and shifts, with periods of on-call status</li><li>Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) to properly record operating performance</li><li>Able to work in inclement weather and dirty conditions
	<ul><li>Dairy farm background a plus</li></ul></li><li>Physically able to lift and/or maneuver motors, pumps, gear boxes and pipe, sometimes with weight exceeding 100 lbs
	<ul><li>Electrical, mechanical and/or welding experience preferred</li></ul></li><li>Drug-free, including Cannabis - must be able to pass drug test and be part of random testing program

Overview/Function: The Refurbishing Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repair responsibilities on fountain equipment and vending machines used in retail outlets and efficiently preparing them for market readiness which meet company standards. Major Responsibilities: <ul><li> Perform diversified duties focused on troubleshooting equipment and machines, performing repair tasks, and efficiently ensure equipment is market-ready and available. </li><li> Track parts and equipment and parts. </li><li> Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot routine problems and non-routine equipment failures, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments. </li><li> Accurately place decals, faceplates, and other cosmetic details meet company standards. </li><li> Read and interpret equipment service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. </li><li> Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment. </li><li> Use a variety of hand and power tools. </li><li> Follow all safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work area and ensure safety for themselves and others around them. </li><li> Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for department. </li><li> Ensure professional contact with customers, and maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times in order to favorably represent the company and iconic Coca-Cola brand image. </li><li> Ethical conduct is expected at all times. </li><li> Other duties as required. </li></ul> Experience & Qualifications: <ul><li> High school diploma/GED. 1-2 years of previous mechanical maintenance experience preferred. </li><li> Strong mechanical and technical capacity. </li><li> Ability to troubleshoot and quickly resolve problems within assigned timeline. </li><li> Ability to disassemble and reassemble. </li><li> Ability to read, interpret, and follow service directions and work orders; follow all standard operating procedures and safety requirements/protocols. </li><li> Good verbal and pleasant communication skills to interact with customers.
