The QA Manager helps maintain the integrity of agency operations by monitoring program performance, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the development of quality management practices that strengthen service delivery across the organization. Position Overview The QA Manager is responsible for helping maintain the overall quality of services delivered by APluscare. This includes reviewing operational data, identifying opportunities for improvement, conducting program reviews, and ensuring services are delivered according to established standards and regulatory requirements. The position works closely with program leadership to support continuous improvement, compliance with licensing regulations, and the ongoing monitoring of quality indicators throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support agency compliance with New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) regulations and related operational standards. Maintain knowledge of DDD and Department of Human Services (DHS) policies, licensing standards, and regulatory guidance. Ensure that residential and program services remain compliant with DDD, DHS, Medicaid, and other applicable federal and state regulations. Coordinate with regulatory agencies and state officials during investigations or reviews involving the organization or its staff. Verify that programs meet licensing and accreditation requirements while maintaining adherence to applicable laws and regulatory standards. Participate in the development, review, and revision of organizational policies and procedures to support regulatory compliance and quality improvement.
