Experience with user testing around products/ skus, pricing APIs, lead generation, online retail purchasing based on subscriptions, recurring billing processes, integration points from Salesforce into eCommerce cloud and some understanding of the downstream flows to Oracle for invoicing, J/E, G/L. Experience with payment source types, cancellations, returns, late payments handling processes, reactivation of product subscriptions scenarios, promo pricing, taxation elements, global retail sales (transactions and ship-to global delivery models).
