Reviews the OPWDD Incident Review Management Application (IRMA) to ensure all required information is entered in a timely manner, keeps the team informed of new incidents as they occur in the database and enters information as needed. Prepare for and conduct interviews and obtain sworn statements (when needed) on matters arising from investigations conducted, such as investigations for abuse, neglect, or other categories as defined by OPWDD and the NYS Justice Center.
