This role combines deep functional revenue cycle knowledge, advanced technical validation and testing expertise, and leadership accountability for quality outcomes across multiple, interdependent RCM initiatives. The ITQA Lead will personally execute and lead system integration testing, regression testing, charge and claim validation, and workflow verification while also setting testing standards, mentoring QA analysts, coordinating cross functional test cycles, and serving as a trusted advisor to RCM and IT leadership. Given the oncology focus, this position requires strong understanding of charge capture complexity, medical necessity, prior authorization, infusion services, clinical trials, pharmacy and 340B considerations, and denial prevention strategies. Core Responsibilities 1. athenaIDX Integration Testing & Validation Provide end to end quality assurance oversight for athenaIDX integrations with multiple upstream and downstream systems, ensuring accurate data flow, charge capture, billing, and claim submission.
