This role helps ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience, especially during the busy summer tourism season.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise front desk operations during assigned shifts</li><li>Support, coach, and guide Front Desk Agents</li><li>Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding</li><li>Handle guest concerns and escalations professionally</li><li>Ensure check-in, check-out, and reservation processes are completed accurately</li><li>Maintain communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams</li><li>Step in to support the desk during high-volume periods</li><li>Ensure compliance with company and brand standards</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous front desk experience required</li><li>Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak summer months</li><li>Basic computer skills and experience with hotel systems preferred</li><li>Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Positive attitude and team mindset</li></ul>Opening Team Opportunity:Be part of the founding team at Aviator Suites Hotel.
