The Washington College Gibson Center of the Arts seeks a collaborative, organized, and technically skilled Production Supervisor to oversee technical and front of house operations at a multi-venue performing arts center within a small liberal arts college. The Gibson Center comprises a 420-seat proscenium theater, a 175-seat black box theater, and a 210-seat recital hall, serving academic programs, guest artists, student organizations, and campus and community events.

The Washington College Gibson Center of the Arts seeks a collaborative, organized, and technically skilled Production Supervisor to oversee technical and front of house operations at a multi-venue performing arts center within a small liberal arts college. The Gibson Center comprises a 420-seat proscenium theater, a 175-seat black box theater, and a 210-seat recital hall, serving academic programs, guest artists, student organizations, and campus and community events. 
Essential Functions:<ul><li>Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing the technical and production needs of all events within the facility. </li><li>Oversees lighting, sound, projection and visual systems, stage equipment, and related technical infrastructure.</li><li>Supporting building operations in coordination with campus facilities staff.</li><li>Play a central role in student mentorship, supervising student employees and providing training in theatrical & concert productions, equipment operation, and workplace safety.</li></ul> 
Qualifications - Required:<ul><li>Minimum of an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science AND a minimum of five years of experience in performing arts production, including lighting, sound, staging, and event support.</li><li>Knowledge of lighting design, theatrical lighting systems, sound design, audio engineering, projection systems, and stage operations.</li><li>Experience supervising and training student workers, interns, or production crews.</li><li>Knowledge of theatrical rigging and stage safety practices.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by performance and event schedules.</li></ul> 
Qualifications - Preferred:<ul><li>Experience working in a multi-theater performing arts center</li><li>Experience interpreting technical riders and advancing productions for theatrical, concert, and live event presentations.</li><li>Familiarity with theatrical power distribution, ETC lighting systems, DMX networking, Behringer digital audio consoles, Theater Mix, QLab, and related production technologies.</li><li>Experience directing and operating live-streamed and hybrid events, including multicamera switching, video routing, recording, encoding, and broadcast workflows.</li><li>Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, including signal-flow diagrams, rep plots, inventories, cue sheets, system maps, and production packets.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot complex technical systems under live performance conditions with minimal interruption to production schedules.</li></ul>Salary: $58K

Concorde Education is hiring engaging instructors to lead enrichment classes that help students build confidence, teamwork, and performance skills through movement and choreography. Classes typically meet once per week for about one hour, though some instructors choose to teach multiple programs per week depending on their availability.

Location: Local partner schools Schedule: 1–4 hours per week (after school) Program Length: Typically 10 weeks Start Dates: Programs launch throughout the school year Compensation: $50+ per instructional hour, flexible based on assignment and instructor experienceTeach engaging enrichment classes that help students explore new interests and build real skills. Concorde Education partners with schools to provide high-quality after-school programs led by passionate instructors. In this role, you will lead structured, hands-on sessions that help students develop rhythm, coordination, confidence, and creative expression through dance.Lead fun, energetic dance sessions for students in a flexible, part-time role.
