The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented, love researching real estate title reports, thrive in a fast paced environment and driven to meet tight deadlines. If you are ready for a career and not just your next job, now is the time to join our team and become a part of something big. This role requires prior experience as a Title Examiner/Title Searcher, with specific knowledge of examining real estate Title in Washington and/or Oregon. *This is a primarily remote/Work from Home role, however, candidates will be required to work in-office at ServiceLink's Irvine, CA office during initial training.  As such, candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance of Irvine, CA and be willing and able to work in-office during training. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future. A DAY IN THE LIFEIn this role, you will…<ul><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Research and resolve discrepancies</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Review all documentation for accuracy</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Maintain accurate individual records and logs</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Meet Company Production Metrics and maintain 97% accuracy rate</li></ul>  WHO YOU AREYou possess …<ul><li style="margin-left:0.5in">A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Prior Title Examination/Search Experience</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to work in multiple systems at once</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">The ability to quickly learn new skills, processes and procedures</li><li style="margin-left:0.5in">Knowledge of Title Issues/Legal Description issues</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Review real estate title reports pursuant to company guidelines for approval or rejection</li><li>Research and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Maintain accurate individual records and logs</li><li>Review all documentation for accuracy</li><li>Knowledge of State and Client Requirements.</li><li>Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner</li><li>Address inquiries from clients and internal staff in a professional and timely manner</li><li>Review work-in-progress reports to ensure completion</li><li>Maintain open communication with other team members and team leader</li><li>Monoitor and process all order types and folders for the Default Underwriting department</li><li>Follow up on rejected files</li><li>Proficient with ServiceLink operating systems and internal search engines</li><li>Adhere to company policies and procedures</li><li>Meet minimum production goals and quality requirements as set by management</li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Typing/Data Entry skills, minimum 55 wpm with 95% accuracy</li><li>Prior Title Examination/Search Experience</li><li>Proficiency with personal computers</li><li>Knowledge of real estate terminology</li><li>Possess good communication customer skills</li></ul>
