Tool & Die Maker – Automotive & Consumer Stamping  Location: U.S. (Confidential) |  $90k - $120k – Full Benefits – Great Company Culture Join a leading metal stamping manufacturer serving the automotive, consumer goods, and medical device sectors. We're expanding and need seasoned Tool & Die Makers to support new product launches and high-volume production.  Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Build, maintain, and repair progressive, transfer, and deep draw dies</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams on new launches and die qualifications</li><li>Troubleshoot and fix die issues in a fast-paced stamping environment</li><li>Assist in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives</li><li>Perform spotting, machining, and die set-up with expert precision</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and quality on part quality and tooling standards</li></ul> ✅ Qualifications:<ul><li>5–7 years of experience in tool & die making for high-volume stamping</li><li>Strong background in progressive and transfer dies, large press lines, and die repair</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, CAD, and GD&T</li><li>Journeyman certification or equivalent experience</li><li>Knowledge of steels, coatings, and die materials</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>Automotive stamping experience a big plus</li></ul>  Perks:<ul><li>Reports to Tooling Manager</li><li>Upward mobility into leadership roles</li><li>Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (start 1st of following month)</li><li>401k match, PTO, paid holidays</li><li>Relocation & sponsorship considered</li><li>Scenic area with beaches, boating, hiking & more</li><li>Join a team of 20+ expert Tool Makers in a company that’s growing fast!</li></ul>  Send your resume to: resume@topdogengineers.com Call: Top Dog Engineers – 601.607.8217
