If you want to trade doubt for direction and find a place to focus on your career, come join our top tier team! What we offer:<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Weekly Pay & Paid Training</li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance</li><li>Health Savings Account</li><li>Short & Long Term Disability</li><li>Company Paid Life Insurance</li><li>PTO including vacation and holiday</li><li>Matching 401(k) + ROTH IRA</li><li>On-going training & development, plus growth opportunities</li></ul> What you will do:<ul><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Prioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Receive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Provide customers with information about service availability, estimated arrival times, and any potential delays.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Inform customers of the status of their service calls and any changes to scheduled appointments.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician activities.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Enter data into the company's dispatch and customer management systems.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Generate and distribute reports on service performance, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.</li></ul> What you will need:<ul><li style="margin-left:0.25in">2+ years of dispatch experience</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">2+ years of customer service experience</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Service Titan experience preferred</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively is essential.</li></ul> Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift, 8 AM - 5 PM
