This role drives revenue growth by coaching technicians on in-home communication, solution presentation, and service-based sales.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Oversee daily residential electrical and plumbing service operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and job completion.</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop technicians to improve performance, customer satisfaction, and retention.</li><li>Ensure all work meets safety standards, codes, and company quality expectations.</li><li>Monitor KPIs (average ticket, conversion rates, callbacks) and drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Conduct ride-alongs and field observations to reinforce service and sales behaviors.</li><li>Design and deliver sales training focused on educating customers, identifying needs, and presenting repair/replacement options (no direct selling responsibility).</li><li>Manage inventory, materials, and vendor relationships.</li><li>Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of field staff.</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>5+ years in residential electrical/plumbing service; 2+ years in leadership.</li><li>Strong knowledge of residential systems and service workflows.</li><li>Experience coaching technicians on customer interaction and sales fundamentals.</li><li>Relevant licensing as required by state.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills.</li></ul></div><p style="margin:0px"> </p>

They will also be exposed to frequent fumes, odors, dust, gases, poor ventilation, etc. Noise level exceeding 85 decibels will require hearing protection. Other hazards might include electrical shock, burns, explosives, radiant energy, mechanical hazards, etc. </p><p>Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. They will need to stand (approximately 60%), walk (approximately 30%), and sit (approximately 10%). The employee will also need to be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle, feel, talk, and hear. The employee will need to be able to carry up to 75lbs, lift up to 100lbs, and move up to 200lbs.
