We connect qualified candidates with top employers across various industries, ensuring the right talent is matched with the right opportunity.Description:As a Skilled Trades Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and placing highly skilled individuals in positions that align with their expertise.Compensation (Fully Remote, must be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area):<ul><li>$35k/yr.+ with additional earning opportunity</li><li>Commission and/or Bonus structure</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Denton, TX is preferred; will consider candidates in the DFW area</li><li>Position will be remote but must be able to do on-site visits to local clients when needed</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Results-driven mindset</li><li>Experience in recruiting, human resources, inside sales, outbound sales or customer service is helpful</li><li>Strong knowledge of skilled trades professions, including but not limited to electricians, plumbers, carpenters, HVAC technicians, welders, etc. is helpful but not required</li><li>Strong with Microsoft Office, including Excel</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients..</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract skilled trades professionals.</li><li>Conduct proactive candidate searches to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.</li><li>Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.</li><li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.</li><li>Write compelling job descriptions and advertisements tailored to attract skilled trades candidates.</li><li>Post job openings on relevant job boards, forums, and industry-specific platforms.</li><li>Monitor the performance of job postings and make necessary adjustments to maximize visibility and applicant flow.</li><li>Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills testing and reference checks, to ensure candidate qualifications match client requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.</li><li>Present qualified candidates to clients, facilitating interviews, and gathering feedback.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Start in-office with a possibility for fully Remote work</li><li>Bonus Structures and/or Commission Structures</li><li>Uncapped Bonus Opportunities</li><li>401k</li></ul>
