Expectations and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement</li><li>Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies across job boards, ATS, referrals, and networking</li><li>Make 50+ strategic outbound calls daily to high-quality candidates</li><li>Conduct in depth phone screens and assess candidate alignment and long-term fit</li><li>Actively sell opportunities and position client companies competitively</li><li>Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process</li><li>Move talent through the funnel quickly without sacrificing quality</li><li>Partner closely with internal team members to meet and exceed placement goals</li><li>Track performance metrics and consistently hit activity and placement benchmarks </li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>3-5+ years of agency recruiting experience in a metrics-driven environment</li><li>Direct experience recruiting in Skilled Trades, Residential Home Services, Construction, or Light Industrial</li><li>A documented track record of high performance within the above-mentioned industries</li><li>2+ years of experience with strong outbound sourcing discipline through multi channel approaches (i.e. Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, LinkedIn, Grassroots Sourcing)</li><li>Advanced time management and pipeline control with experience managing multiple clients simultaneously</li><li>Executive-level communication skills with candidates and clients alike</li><li>Relentless follow-up and urgency with a closing mentality</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience with Crelate ATS</li><li>Prior experience with AI solutions that enhance the recruitment experience</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive base salary of $50,000-$60,000 with an OTE of $100,000+ with monthly commissions (based on proven performance)</li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision among other benefits upon eligibility</li><li>Fully remote</li><li>A cohesive, high-performance team</li><li>Clear growth trajectory as we scale</li><li>A leadership team that understands recruiting and invests in resources that drive results</li></ul>Why Recruiters Join Us:<ul><li>We Value Production.</li><li>We Value Ownership.</li><li>We Value Results. </li></ul> The base compensation for this position is expected to range between $50,000 - $60,000 annually. The ideal candidate will focus on sourcing and identifying top talent for skilled trades positions, such as electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians in a high-volume talent agency environment.
