We are seeking to hire a highly qualified individual located in New York, Los Angeles or Miami to work very closely with the Head of Intermediary Solutions in Investor Relations.

Marathon’s mission is to build lasting partnerships with an unwavering commitment to delivering best-in-class performance, service, and reliability on behalf of our clients.</p><p>We are seeking to hire a highly qualified individual located in New York, Los Angeles or Miami to work very closely with the Head of Intermediary Solutions in Investor Relations. This role will also have high visibility and connectivity with the global head of business development, senior management, portfolio managers and investment professionals across the firm. Client coverage area is primarily the US and possibly Canada, Europe & Asia to the extent clients have a global and integrated team. </p><h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Assist Fund Controllers with financial reporting required for their assigned investment funds and managed accounts</li><li>Reconcile daily trading activity with prime brokers, custodians and administrators</li><li>Confirm allocations of trades to counterparties</li><li>Resolve trade breaks between counterparties and prime brokers</li><li>Run daily P&L</li><li>Assist in month-end NAV process</li><li>Assist with yearend external audit procedures</li><li>Assist the internal valuation team</li><li>Special projects</li></ul><h4>Qualifications</h4><ul><li>Required Education: Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Required Experience:</li><li>2-5 years of financial services industry experience</li><li>Required knowledge in Fixed Income products (corporate bonds, mortgage bonds, government bonds).</li><li>Strong quantitative skills</li><li>Good oral and written communication</li><li>Highly motivated, disciplined, responsible personality with attention to detail, high energy level and strong work ethic</li></ul><p>No agencies, pleaseEqual Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V</p>
