Skills required, but not limited to, for this position include: Knowing principles and practices of roofing/carpentry trades; Applying federal and state building, health, and safety codes; Demonstrating record-keeping techniques; Applying basic mathematic principles; Reading and understanding technical manuals; Understanding Arizona State School Facilities Board (AZSFB) requirements; Operating hand and power tools; Using computer software related programs; Engaging and encouraging communication skills while interacting with supervisors, staff, students, etc. to exchange information. Operates and understands the operation of the following tools: Foam pack, power washer, table saws , circular saw, radial arm saw, Tile saw, carpet tools; maintain tools and equipment in safe working conditions.
