This role's responsibilities include supporting the Trade Marketing and Commercial team in (1) developing periodic forecasts, annual plans, and long-range plans focused on trade marketing and promotional activities, (2) analyzing trade and commercial spend and developing a narrative for forecast variances, (3) supporting the implementation of trade strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity and (4) supporting the Business Partner for Sales/Trade in scenario modeling, ad ‑ hoc analyses, and continuous improvement of reporting processes, data governance, and automation. Since 2008, PMI has invested $12.5 billion globally to develop, scientifically substantiate and commercialize innovative smoke-free products for adults who would otherwise continue to smoke with the goal of transitioning legal-age consumers who smoke to better alternatives.
