Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?<ul><li>Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule</li><li>Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location</li><li>Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians</li><li>Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments</li><li>Communicate with field personnel via Outlook</li><li>Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians</li><li>Maintain accurate technician database</li><li>Coordinate parts scheduling </li><li>Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc. from customers</li></ul>

Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred</li><li>Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry</li><li>Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications</li><li>Experience with Service Titan is a plus</li><li>Must be able to work evenings and weekends</li><li>MUST have Experience(Trades Dispatching preferred)</li><li>Service Titan Experience a PLUS</li><li>Must have a flexible work schedule, can be staffed any time from 7am to 10pm.</li></ul>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. For more information, please see below...<ul><li>Complete work orders for repairs in county parks, involving carpentry, painting, concrete work, fence repairs, sign installation, pressure washing, and irrigation.</li><li>Responsible for completing daily paperwork, inspection reports, and weekly timecards within established deadlines.</li><li>Perform minor repairs independently.</li><li>Evaluate projects and communicate potential issues with starting or completing your assigned work.</li><li>Assist other staff in routine or corrective maintenance projects.</li><li>Perform carpentry, including framing walls/doorways, installing doors, windows, roofing, cabinets, and hardware.</li><li>Construct picnic pavilions, pole shelters, boardwalks, pedestrian bridges, and docks.</li><li>Form and pour concrete curbs, footings, and floors.</li><li>Build concrete blocks and brick walls and structures.</li><li>Paint, stain, varnish or apply lacquer, including assessing proper materials.</li><li>Apply stucco.</li><li>Install drywall, ceramic tile, vinyl, and carpet.</li><li>Perform minor repairs to plumbing and fixtures.</li><li>Demolition of small structures.</li><li>Complete in-house mowing, operating mowers, string trimmers, and edgers.</li><li>Assist horticulture crews in mulching and vegetation and debris removal.</li><li>Responsible for managing materials and multiple work orders.</li><li>Safely and efficiently operate and maintain county equipment.</li></ul>About the ScheduleWork Hours:<ul><li>Full-Time, 40 hours per week.</li><li>Saturday - Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.</li><li>Evenings, weekends, and/or holiday work may be required, based on county needs.</li></ul>About YouMinimum Qualifications:<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent education -and- Two (2) years of related experience, education, and training.</li><li>-Or- Any combination of experience/education/training in construction and park maintenance.</li><li>Valid Florida driver's license by date of hire.</li></ul>Subject to Passing Substance Screening: This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening.
