We rebuild residential and commercial properties after a water, fire or mold loss "like it never happened." Redirect your career to join the recession-proof business of Restoration. We're busy year-round and not subjected to the peaks and valleys of the typical construction industry. We need both inexperienced, but motivated team members and seasoned construction tradesmen with a broad range of skills. You May be a great fit if: <ul><li>You have prior experience in one of the construction trades; flooring, carpentry, drywall, painting, kitchen cabinetry, plumbing, electrical etc. </li><li>We're also looking for laborers who want to learn the trades and grow in this industry </li><li>You enjoy working in teams </li><li>You are motivated to learn a new skill </li><li>You enjoy helping others in a time of need </li><li>You enjoy making a difference in your community </li><li>You enjoy working with your hands </li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project. </li><li>Perform construction and repair work to industry standards on assigned restoration projects. </li><li>Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors. </li><li>Maintain open and clear communication with job leads </li><li>Collaborate with SERVPRO project managers and coordinators to meet project timelines. </li><li>Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Adhere to all local building codes, OSHA regulations, and SERVPRO standards. </li></ul>Position Requirements<ul><li>Valid driver's license preferred </li><li>Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. </li><li>Previous experience in restoration or a related field is preferred. </li><li>IICRC certification is a plus. </li></ul>Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies<ul><li>Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. </li><li>Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects. </li><li>Ability to work with/around cleaning agents. </li></ul> Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
