The skilled tradesman may be required to work with various building systems and trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and community vehicles and possess considerable skill and knowledge in one or more of these fields. As assigned by management or by work order -- performs various duties requiring comprehensive mastery of a specific trade (HVAC, electrician, plumber, etc.) Assists in the implementation of a comprehensive preventive maintenance program and maintaining records of the same.
