Together, we take pride in delivering exceptional results and making a meaningful impact for our clients and communities.How Youll Spend Your Time<ul><li>You will secure favorable terms for equity transactions by choosing the right brokers, timing, and trading systems.</li><li>You will analyze market trends, news, and economic events to determine the best‑performing products and pricing.</li><li>You will recommend and implement updates to internal policies, procedures, and programs to enhance trading efficiency and compliance.</li><li>You will ensure all trading practices align with regulatory requirements and complete monthly compliance reviews and reports.</li><li>You will oversee and execute lead equity, fixed income, and cash trades.</li><li>You will research settlement issues and perform portfolio analysis to recommend new investments or potential sales within your assigned sector.</li></ul>Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree and 10 + years of experience in security trading.  NASD Series 7, 65 licenses required.<ul><li>Advanced knowledge of equity securities, including mid and small cap stocks</li><li>Advanced knowledge of the capital investment markets</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Excellent PC skills including word processing, database and spreadsheet applications</li><li>Proficiency with computer-based trading systems, especially Longview</li><li>Advanced developmental and analytical skills</li><li>Excellent people and process management skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under extreme pressures with strict time frames</li><li>Demonstrate a willingness to engage daily with street equity research sales teams and effectively share relevant information with the Portfolio Managers.</li></ul>BOK Financial Corporation Group is a stable and financially strong organization that provides excellent training and development to support building the long term careers of employees.
