3+ years of relevant experience in environmental markets, energy trading, commodity trading, risk, or commercial market analysis.•Direct experience in RECs, carbon, emissions products, or regulated environmental programs•Experience trading/supporting/analyzing environmental products or related energy commodities.•Strong understanding of commodity markets, market drivers, and trade execution processes.•Familiarity with hedging concepts, and exposure to swaps and options.•Strong communication and commercial decision-making skills.•Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, energy management, environmental studies, or a related field.•Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and market reporting tools. •Ensure that all required environmental allowances are available to meet retirements for emission (RECs, CO2, SO2, NOx, EFECs)•Perform P&L and position integrity and accuracy daily•Develop and maintain pricing and position models used to inform strategies•Track and assess regulatory and legislative changes •Collaborate with the retail team on pricing and product developmentJob Family.
