The Training Coordinator will have proven longevity in the field, excellent communication skills, possess demonstrated physical, intellectual, and leadership ability to perform duties over the road, maneuvering range, and in classroom instruction. Be willing to be instructed yourself and to learn from other instructors, understanding that there is a process in place that works, we train employees to get their CDL License.
