This position was created to help us elevate training, strengthen leadership development, and create exceptional employee experiences as we continue expanding our organization.</p><p>If you are passionate about developing people, leading engaging trainings, and helping employees grow into successful leaders, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.</p><h3>What Makes This Role Unique?</h3><p>This isn’t a “check-the-box” training role.</p><p>You’ll help shape the future of leadership development at Forest Area FCU by:</p><ul><li> Building impactful onboarding experiences </li><li> Designing engaging learning programs </li><li> Supporting emerging leaders and management teams </li><li> Influencing company culture and employee growth </li><li> Partnering directly with leadership on organizational development initiatives </li></ul><p>You’ll have the opportunity to create meaningful learning experiences that directly impact employees across the organization.</p><h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3><ul><li> Designing and delivering training programs </li><li> Facilitating leadership development workshops </li><li> Leading onboarding and employee development initiatives </li><li> Collaborating with HR and leadership teams </li><li> Evaluating and improving training effectiveness </li><li> Creating learning resources and development materials </li><li> Supporting performance management initiatives </li><li> Assisting with payroll backup functions as needed </li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li> 3–5 years of related experience in training, leadership development, HR, coaching, or employee development </li><li> Strong presentation and facilitation skills </li><li> Ability to motivate and influence others </li><li> Strong organizational and communication skills </li><li> A self-starter who enjoys building programs and improving processes </li><li> Someone who thrives in a collaborative, people-focused culture </li></ul><h3>Why Forest Area FCU?</h3><p>At Forest Area FCU, we believe our people are our greatest investment.
