Here’s more deetz:  Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of the Store Manager position include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Lead the team on creating a ‘Customer First’ culture in the store</li><li>Hold weekly management team meetings and monthly store meetings to encourage people to speak-up, give feedback and follow-up</li><li>Keep store positions filled with fully trained management and Team Members</li><li>Keep an eye on work fam compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures and programs</li><li>Achieve BIG profitability goalz through monitoring and analyzing business processes and results</li><li>Measure work fam performance against mission critical goals</li><li>Develop a bond with the local community to establish positive relationships, development and store success</li><li>Jump in as a leader for special programs or assignments, as needed</li></ul> Qualifications: Education:<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li><li>2-year degree in business related field preferred</li><li>Successful completion of certification testing as needed</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>3 years’ experience supervising others preferred</li><li>3 years’ experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred</li></ul>Skills include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Strong leadership and managerial skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong team building skills</li><li>Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate verbally to both large and small groups of employees</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Display a strong understanding and commitment to Sheetz Corporate Mission, Vision and Total Customer Focus</li><li>Ethical, honest, trustworthy, respectful</li></ul> Accommodations: Sheetz is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
