We are looking for a Transportation Engineer, with a minimum of 3 years experience in the Fort Wayne, IN area.  
  <ul><li>Lead transportation design calculations/reports/plan preparation/roadway modeling
	</li><li>Assist office leadership in the preparation of proposal documents and preliminary project evaluations.
	</li><li>Develop peer network with staff at other firms and public agencies to enhance personal and firm relationships during project coordination efforts.
	</li><li>Coordinate project tasks and report to project manager and supervisory staff to assist in budget, schedule, and project status tracking.
	</li><li>Support Indianapolis regional offices on a variety of infrastructure projects
</li></ul>Required:<ul><li>Bachelors degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program.
	</li><li>3+ years experience is designing transportation projects.
	</li><li>Background working on INDOT, county, and municipal transportation design projects.
	</li><li>Project management experience and experience leading project teams (preferred)
	</li><li>Technical knowledge/ computer skills: 
	<ul></ul></li><li>MicroStation / Bentley Open Roads Designer (required)
	</li><li>Microsoft Office products:  Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook (required)
	</li><li>Adobe (preferred)
	</li><li>PE PREFERRED but NOT required
